The food was fresh, the portions were nice and the people were friendly. The establishment is clean and inviting. I will be a returning customer. They have a salsa bar with pickled carrots and jalapeños. I am so happy I found this place because I had been going to other taco shops in Temecula that just fell short. If you are a fan of Mexican fast food this is must in Temecula, make sure to stop by.

Huge portions , fair prices I would come back and try some more. I got the KCC with carne asada, fries, beans, guacamole, sour cream and cheese inside a quesadilla and man was it tasty and cheesy! Carne asada has good flavor and the burrito was huge! Would come back again for sure

My family has tried several Taco shops in the area and this one is by far THE BEST when it comes to flavor and price. Everything I've ordered has been delicious, I must say I've been pleasantly surprised each and every time I decide to go outside of my comfort zone and try something new. That's how I found my new favorite go to plate (The Surf and Turf). The food is always fresh their carrots are on point, their coffee is the best this taco shop is a definite must try.

Jilbertos is comfort food at its best. Always able to expect and receive quality food. Highly recommended. Not out of this world flavor, but certainly one of the better locations locally.

I went in for lunch, but ordered a breakfast burrito, they offer breakfast all day.
The burrito was substantial in weight, has potatoes, cheese, eggs, and mine was with chorizo.
It was quite tasty and filling if a bit dry, but the salsa bar has what you need to remedy that. I tried both the green and red salsas and I liked both.
Overall, the place looked reasonably clean, the burrito tasted like what I expected, salsa was delicious and abundant... 5 stars
